Today I used these discount stamps at V & D.I don't like it so much like the HEMA, but it is still a reference in Holland for you "basic basics".
A shop where you can find you black socks, books, hand cream and so on.
Once I read an interview with a Belgian designer at Elle Decor. To the question: Where would you never shop in the Netherlands ? She answered: At the V & D. It is the temple of Dutch mediocrity.
Along the years, I notice an improvement of the quality of articles.
And I like to see Pip Studio, Rituals and Blond being sold there, for example.
