and our beautiful blue earth with...
it's spectacular moon...
is minuscule when placed against the multitude of Nature's impressive galaxies...
dynamics like this butterfly nebula...
dust clouds so beautiful they stagger the imagination...
galaxies that conform to nothing known to mankind...
bizarre things that look like huge black holes in the center of star clusters but aren't...
far off solar systems that resemble in the broadest terms, our own...sort of...
and are bursting with energy, light and beautifully breathtaking monsters no closet can hold...
spiraling here and there at dizzying speeds...
creating a palette of color no human could imagine or duplicate with any accuracy...
and placing star bursts in seeming random sky-grounds...
when the sky-ground seems already too full to have one more star cluster join the fun...
and yet, new galaxies coalesce every minute of every day, of every week, and every year...and for what reason?
Can man ever hope to live out there...beyond our own atmosphere? Why is the Universe so huge, if Earth is all there is to give home to mankind?

In the first of her Carolyn Masters, Mystery Sci-Fi series, Terri Lynn Main has found new answers. Man has found his way to the moon and learned how to colonize it. Carolyn Masters, a college professor, transfers to the moon in Terri Lynn Mains first mystery book DARK SIDE OF THE MOON and quickly finds herself involved in solving mysteries that leave the rest of us shaking our heads in awe or cowering in our zero gravity mukluks.
This is another cover by Goddess Delilah Stephans and is due to be a February 1, 2011 release from that new Canadian Publisher Muse It Up Publishing.
What's that you say? You don't want to wait? Luckily for all of you, you can get a taste of Terri Lynn's Moon earlier on the MuseItUp Publishing Blog where she has posted a mini-mystery, which I think was extremely nice of Terri. Just scroll down to the link below Terri's personally designed banner.
CLICK HERE to be whisked off to the Moon, but please remember to leave comments or questions, and come back in time for tomorrow's A COVER A DAY KEEPS THE SKEPTICS AWAY entry.
Buckle up now, put on your space helmets, and I'll see you back here tomorrow.
