Another glamour moment with Mara Pusch in Gotham City: the visit to Barbie's Enchanted Museum in Cidade Jardim Shopping Center. Barbie has had more than 100 professions.
In 1985 she became a painting by Andy Warhol and therefore a celebrity.
In 1986 she became a cllectible doll, in luxury and limited editions for an adult market.
Among the dolls exposed in the Museum there is a real pearl: Barbie # 1, produced in 1959 and unique in Brazil.
There were 7 theme rooms in the Enchanted Museum: 50 faces, Vintage, Fashion, Luxury/Brides, Life Scenes, Stars, Planetarium
Right after the entrance you faced this huge cake (3m high) with the first models of Barbie.Ja na entrada esse bolo de aniversario de mais de 3m de altura com os primeiros modelos de Barbie.
Planetarium: Barbie around the world. There are dolls representing more than 70 countries. There is 1 Dutch doll there and 7 Brazilian ones.
Existem mais de 70 bonecas representando países mundo afora. Vi uma boneca holandesa e 7 brasileiras: gaúcha, caipira, baiana, carnaval, frevo, boi-bumba e quadrilha.
Even the carpet was customised for this special event.

I am not a fan o Barbie - on the contrary. I have never had any - and I do not wish to buy one for my daughter. Nothing against. I am just not fond of puppets, dolls, human figurines, etc. However, I have to say this exposition, oops I mean Enchanted Museum was very vast, extremelly beautiful, well organized with huge attention to details and lots of glamour.
Even the carpet was customised for this special event. Ate o tapete foi feito especialmente para o evento.
